1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing smeevents.com and registering for our events, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Registration & Payments

All event registrations are processed upon successful payment. We reserve the right to verify registration details at the venue and deny entry to unauthorized individuals or those carrying invalid tickets.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy (Strictly No Refunds)

All ticket sales are final.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations by the attendee, no-shows, medical emergencies, or travel issues.
Ticket Transfers: Transfers to another individual may be permitted only if a written request is sent to us at least 48 hours prior to the event date, subject to admin approval.

4. Event Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times. We reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the event, harasses others, or violates safety guidelines, without any refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All event materials, presentations, and official recordings are the exclusive property of smeevents.com and its organizers. Unauthorized recording, broadcasting, or distribution of the event is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our events or website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
